The Mission: The mission of Voices of Defense is to give viewers like you a voice. To do this we open our website to anyone willing to write for us.

The Purpose: Our purpose is to honor and defend our God-given rights and the rights of others to defend themselves, as we are the next generation of defenders. We will stand to protect this country and our very own families from tyrants both foreign and domestic who would wish to strip us of our constitutional rights given to us by the founding fathers. We seek to give voices to all who want to share their stories, ideas, and opinions.

The Owners:

Voices of Defense is owned by George Saunders, in partnership with Robert Martinez, a 10 year veteran. Both residing in NYC have united to bring the latest and best of firearms. Since voicesofdefense.com is not only an information website, but also a blog we're always looking for authors to join us in sharing interesting stories, product reviews, and pretty much anything that can further benefit our viewers. Of course not everything can be thrown up on this website, but the owner will surely look through everything to see what can go up live.

Many positions are available: Authors, product reviewers, law junkies, military or law enforcement junkies, political enthusists, and much more! Were even looking to interview some of our viewers so if you're interested please contact us.

The "authors section" is a place where viewers like you become authors for voicesofdefense.com. As an author you're in complete control of your so desired section! This means you'll write articles, do the research, make the images, and support your words. Of course your section will be limited to only that relates to a particular category. Example: Sections dedicated to political debates, legislatures, compact firearms, military life, law enforcement life, amazing stories, etc. These are all great sections that would most likely get the "OK" from the owner. Make sure you have a well thought out plan and we hope you're open for more ideas and opinions that can increase the value of your section.

Where to start:

• You will need to contact George if you're interested.
• Put together a simple plan in which will be looked over and considered thoroughly.
• Have ideas all ready to go! This will save a lot of time.

Your section will be deleted or suspended IF you cannot maintain your section with the following:

• Keeping it organized and up-to-date.
• Maintaining a professional appearance. No drama, profanity, illegal actions, or non sense.
• Providing accurate resources and being truthful.
• Being in contact and release an article at least once every three days. Be responsive and responsible.

Enjoy yourself in what you talking about or teaching.

We like to use Skype, AIM, iChat (Mac users only), Email, and even Text or phone calls to keep in touch. Dropbox is required so files can be in sync with one another so please download it ASAP by clicking here. We also like setting up brainstorming meetings to enhance each others work and spark fresh content, you are encouraged to be apart of those.

Since we highly believe in user created content, we simply just can't wait to hear from you. If you have any further question just drop a line.

Well for starters I want to let everyone know how excited I am about having my very own Blog that I can share with viewers like you and even have some of you actually contribute to it. I also want to thank all my viewers for supporting my blog and emailing me cool ways to further enhance the experience.

Here's whats new:

• A bit of a face lift, I added a few extra features including this nifty bullets for well... bullets in my articles lol!
• "Our Authors" Section has been put up, it has a few of our authors full sections.
• Donations are now being accepted at the right side menu's to further our product reviews and site performance.
• We are now accepting applicatons and emails for anyone who'd like to contribute or become an author for Voices of Defense.
• Reviews on Kitanica's tactical pants (The PNT X.A), and WWII in HD/ Bluray.
• A FULL bio on me for those who'd like to know a bit more about who's running this site.

… and here's what's coming up:

I have so many thing's planned and will tell you just a few of them to keep the suspense going.

• Videos on safety and product reviews. This is in general and will take time so please stay tuned and keep checking in.
• Looking into getting you guys and gals some more "Bullet School" content, won't say about what type just yet but it should be a pretty sweet treat.

George is a highly skilled web developer (specializing in CMS) who has had a short career doing private contracting/ securtiy in which then developed into a deep passion for firearms and tactical training. He has a wide variety of skills including the following:

George has created the current template that the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association is using. Creating is simply what he loves to do. This being said he's decided to create this website and company that was made simply for his own reference reasons, but then quickly realized that it could be so much more! He works on this website daily to improve the value it brings to all of the viewers out there. Partnering up with 10 year veteran, Robert Martinez they both strive to create something unique in which viewers like you can have their voices heard.

I have been to a lot of different places in my career. I am a combat veteran that has served twice in the Middle East once in Iraq and another in Afghanistan. I have met the enemy and he is an ugly one. I have made a lot of good friends and lost a few but never lost my honor and integrity to speak the truth. My job on this site will be to give you all the info you need to better prepare yourselves from any possible outcome that might present itself over time especially in this world of uncertainty. When you can have anything from a natural disaster to an economic collapse. I along with my partner George Saunders will attempt to keep you in the know as well as possible. I hope you enjoy our work as much as we took pleasure in making it thank you for your patronage and hope to be able to converse with you  and help you out in anything that might come up in your minds.
