Penal Law

    

     Before and after you apply for your gun permit you are required to know three specific articles in the New York State Penal Law. Remembering these New York State Laws can be a great task, but is highly recommended! Having a few extra sub-sections doesn't make it any easier so I will be posting them all here, in hoping all NYS citizens, whether you're applying for a firearms license or not, can remember them.
